Executive and Contemplative Coach
Kate is an Accredited Leadership and Team Coach. She works online nationally and internationally and face-to-face in London with clients, offering a safe and contemplative space to reflect upon and develop abilities and agency.
She coaches professional clients who hold key responsibilities within the education sector and in business organisations. In addition, Kate works with parents of young students who are neurodiverse and neurodiverse students themselves, helping with the academic process.
She has substantial and successful experience of leading transition and culture change in the education and charity sector as a leader herself, and with coaching leaders in her practice. She is particularly focused on developing leaders working in situations of high pace and change, those leaders dealing with difficult or challenging behaviours from within the team or outside.

Kate has 16 years of experience as an accredited Executive Coach and as a Senior and Middle Leadership Team Coach. Her expertise and interest is coaching senior and middle female leaders across sectors, men and women in the construction industry, as well as Headteachers and Senior team members in both secular and Catholic schools.
