Catholic headteachers and senior leaders share the same challenges as those in secular schools but have the additional responsibility of creating and developing the Catholic mission and ethos of the school.

Kate specialises in executive coaching and leadership training in Catholic Schools. She has worked in senior positions in Catholic Schools and in the Catholic Education Service, part of the Bishops Conference of England and Wales. She has solid years of experience of coaching Catholic headteachers and senior and middle leadership teams in this sector. She has also been active in parish ministry, diocesan ministry and as a lay volunteer at The Carmelite Priory, Oxford. She has led a Catholic School whose intake was predominantly baptised Catholics and in schools where falling numbers meant the roll was trending towards a multi-faith community. She can work on:
