Executive Coaching is the name given to coaching leaders and managers within any sector. It has been around for a long time now. Some in this sector offer simplistic approaches with little training or qualifications and no experience of leadership or management. They talk at their clients sharing anecdotal stories of their leadership experience. Kate does not do this; her coaching is that of a sophisticated professional who has taken significant training and self-development.

Executive Coaching requires the coach training in the skill of asking questions and holding a safe and reflective space - alongside having an in-depth knowledge of neuro-biology - knowing how the brain manages emotions and stress, the role of the conscious and unconscious mind in people’s actions and every day decision making.

It is important to know how to support leaders to regulate their emotions and actions, so they are responsive and reactive leaders.
