All women professionals share some of the same challenges as men in operational strategic management and leadership roles. However, both men and women today face different challenges. Kate, whilst not ignoring or being open to coaching the distinct challenges men face, offers coaching primarily to middle and senior women leaders.

Women’s life cycle and bodily cycle bring distinct challenges such as the menopause, adoption, pregnancy and the monthly menstruation cycle. Some women (with the emphasis of some women) continue to face misogyny in the workplace and restrictive promotion opportunities whilst others thrive in an environment that clearly recognises the talent and gifts women bring. Women executives (and on occasions men) open up in coaching sessions to the challenges of managing the difficulties their children are experiencing in their journey through education. Kate brings extensive experience and expertise in this area to support women sustaining a professional performance at work whilst responding to the needs of their child or children.
